A beautiful Spring day in Seattle

Today was a GORGEOUS Spring day in Seattle! It was in the mid to high 60s and we felt comfortable allowing Joey out of the house in shorts and a teeshirt!

We started the day with breakfast out at a fun cafe we hadn't visited before that had delicious homemade cinnamon rolls. Joey was only interested in eating the cinnamon roll if he could use the fork himself to put it in his mouth. =)

We then headed to the U-District Farmer's Market where we bought some salmon and butter toffee. Then it was Joey's naptime so we took a break and headed back to our house.

After Joey's nap, we went to Carkeek Park where Joey ran around with his new ball ("ba!") and went on the swings with Daddy, on the slide with Mama, and on a seesaw-like contraption.

Yay "ba"!

A little scared for a moment, but with Daddy:

We then went to the mall together, where Joey drank a smoothie and did a lot of running around. Then it was time to head home and for Joey to go to bed!
