Chef Joey

Joey has been cooking more recently and has decided to cook dinner once per week. This means that he decides on a meal during the weekend, lets me know what ingredients he needs at the store, and prepares the meal on his cooking day.
The first time, he made spaghetti carbonara with a surprise brownie with caramel topping that he invented the recipe for.
He made honey sesame chicken last week.
Then this week, he made red beans & rice. I was so impressed since he did all the knife work himself (he's always had me cut onions for him prior to today) and all the cooking too. Everything he has made has turned out delicious as well.
