These pictures are from Southern Kitchen, one of our family's favorite restaurants, where we stopped on the way to Great Wolf Lodge last weekend (to celebrate Joey's birthday a little early).
At dinner tonight we talked about plans for tomorrow morning. I am leaving very early to travel for work and John mentioned he would take Joey and Lili to McDonald's and Joey exclaimed, "we can get pancakes!" Lili excitedly asked, "and can we eat them?" We all laughed and thought it was cute she thought perhaps pancakes would just be ordered...to look at? And not eat..
